One of the rudest conversations I had a with a customer service rep ever. @GetSpectrum Apparently if you call to change your service and you decline their aggressive sales tactics, they get rude. Was keeping some service but really rethinking that now.

@Ask_Spectrum why take advantage of people convincing them to sign up for a trial service “it’s so easy to cancel”? I’ve been waiting on hold for 15 minutes to cancel, it’s not available to change online. Such a scam, no wonder you have an F from the Better Business Bureau.

@Ask_Spectrum Internet it down, no one was able to help. Talked to 3 different technicians. Was supposed to get a call 1 hour ago from dispatch. Still nothing! I need to work and have important work calls! Terrible service!!

so how’s it been & @GetSpectrum still hasn’t switched all #TWC accounts over?! at least that’s the excuse i got as to why the chat support couldn’t help me with my issue, why my service is not connected despite having received my payment...
