FAQs – Payment of our STMA 2024 dues:
- 2024 dues are $1,050 for the year
- CAMS will be sending out invoices via email in the near future.
- Please be aware that assessments are due on January 1st and late fees will be applied to any unpaid balance as of January 30th.
- Payment Options: Automatic Draft, E-Check, Credit/Debit Card or Mail a Check. (If you want to pay electronically please access your CAMS portal). CLICK HERE FOR MORE DETAILS.

We will have pool monitors working at the pools on the weekends throughout May, and then the regular summer schedule will begin Memorial Day weekend. Remember that our pools close at dusk, so they will close at 8 PM throughout May and then close at 9 PM beginning Memorial Day weekend. With the pools now open, we are getting more questions concerning their use. I wanted to share an article from Ward and Smith concerning tenants’ use of amenities NC Enforceability of Rental Restrictions In HOAs - Ward and Smith, P.A. We also want to remind everyone that we are subject to the Fair Housing Act as it applies to amenities. We cannot impose the same age restrictions as public pools. CAMS Certificate of Assessment Fees Clarification

CAMS charges a fee for a certificate of assessment anytime a home closes. The reason that there is a separate charge for this is because it is a legal packet of information that requires time to assemble.
